Lenovo 20v power tips for slim AC/DC adapter
 

hello,

I have few Lenovo travel computers with additionally bought AC/DC slim adapters but I have problems as lot of thems have broken power tips.
It was very very comfortable to have power in car from the 12v power socket.

But now, I need to find Lenovo power tips for 20v computer models.

I have tried to manually repair one broken tip with success, but I would like to buy few more. What is impressive I have problems with finding them in more qty, I suppose that this could be discontinued product, and will be inaccessible on the market.

Did everyone tried any other tips, from any other adapter?
Maybe Targus or Kensignton? Maybe something other?

They definitely still sell the slim adapter. I have the old style and the new one that comes in the plastic sleeve. I bought additional and replacement tips on Amazon.

These were made by Comarco (brand Chargesource), they definitely have tips. http://www.chargesource.com/store.php (check http://www.comarco.com/news/33 a 2010 PR for an official source they made these: "we continue to ship our ‘Ultra Slim and Light’ product to Lenovo" but now http://biz.yahoo.com/e/150430/cmro10-k.html they are essentially over that Lenovo no longer sells these. Better get a spare tip or two :) )
