Data usage

I am a frequent traveler to many parts of the world as i travel the most important thing that i require is data as it is part of my life and business communication so i will like to know that if there is any Gadget that can work world wide and offer me cheap rates at the same time.

You can get a GSM hot spot and then just buy a local sim and some data wherever you go.
