Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Technical Question
 
Gang,

For the past few weeks, I have been getting an error:

"Unfortunately, SmartClipProvider has stopped". Been getting it for a few weeks... tried closing all apps and clearing cache... and still getting error. If I hit OK a few times, the pop up stops for awhile... but then again.

I can find that others have the same problem online... but no solution. Anyone here having the problem? Any suggestion on what to try?

Have you tried rebooting into recovery mode (holding volume up and home buttons from the phone powered off) and wiping the caches there?

Yes, tried all that. Very frustrating.

I've been searching, and I wish I could help but I'm drawing a blank.

You might try moving your important data off the device and a factory reset.

Do you use Scrapbook on your Note 3? From what I read that service has something to do with Scrapbook.
