T-Mobile in Nairobi?
 
Has anyone tried T-Mobile's data plan in Nairobi, Kenya?
I'm just wondering if it works and what the speeds were.

Also, is there an iPhone app that I can use to receive phone calls over the internet with a US phone number? I have Vonage Mobile but that seems to only allow me to make phone calls via internet, not receive.

Looks like you'll have 3G coverage, throttled to 128kbps if you're on a Simple Choice plan.

There are many apps such as you seek. Do a search for "voip". Skype and Talkatone come to mind.
