UK Vs. US Nexus 7 - any differences?

Could use a tablet for when I travel as a lot easier to carry than my large laptop.

The 2013 Nexus 7 16GB in the UK sells for around £200. ($350ish when $229 on Amazon)
The 32GB for about £230.

Looking on Amazon.com for example, I can get the 32GB version for around £166, a saving of a good £70+.
(Same with some Bose headphones, QC15s or 20s - up to £80 cheaper in the US).

So, if I were to pick one up later this week, would there be any problems (other than maybe warranty)? i.e app stores

Charging no problem as have various adaptors if need be.

Wifi versions will be identical. You need a higher rated USB charger, otherwise charging will be slow.

I'd not get an LTE/3G version without checking they're exactly the same, in terms of chipsets and the bands they support.

Only difference with my 2012 USA model Nexus 7 was the charger - and that works fine with an adapter. Charges OK overnight - don't notice any speed issues, though I have a house and travel bag littered with many wall warts and cables.

A US ATT LTE nexus 7 may have moblie hotspot tethering disabled if you take the OTA update.

Apparently there is a patch, but I will wait for it to get fixed or not get ATT at all.
