No details yet, and don't expect any for some time.

That blog is a joke at this point. Stating the obvious, combined with some pure speculation. Manufacturers will move all their systems to Windows 9? Not likely. Rumored to provide excellent speed and new features... as opposed to Windows 7 and Windows 8 that weren't?
