iPhonetrip.com SIM problem in berlin

My iPhonetrip.com SIM card has worked everywhere (London, Fallsburg, Vienna, Melk, Linz, Durnstein, cesky krumlov, holasovice, Prague) except for where we are now, Berlin.

No connectivity for past two days.

Any suggestions?

I sent same question to iPhone trip support, but maybe someone here would have a faster answer?

This is a "crap shot," but have you tried manually forcing the phone/tablet to another network and see what happens?

Thank you Dubai Stu for trying. That did not seem to work.

I received a quick reply from iphone trip with this reply below, and also a different email indicating to remove and reinsert sim after 10 min.

"Please be informed that you have selected Europe plan for your trip and Berlin is not included in the coverage countries for destination Europe.

However you may change your plan by sending us a request.

If you have any further questions please do revert.

Thank you for considering iPhoneTrip"

Tell them that they list Germany on their own site:

Obviously a stupid tech support person. That person is probably also thinking that New Mexico is part of Mexico.
