E mail Issue [iPhone and AOL mail]
 

I have had my I Phone for a few months. I keep having this issue. I have AOL for E mail, when I chnage my AOL password on my home computer, I also have to change it on the I Phone but when I try and get the mail from the I phone it will not reconize it. I have had to the Apple Store several times for help. Anyone have this issue.

What does the Apple store say?

Perhaps you're not actually changing the stored password on your phone when you think you are?

Can you try removing the AOL account from your iPhone, and then re-adding it? That way you'll know that you're entering in the new password. Here's a step-by-step guide for adding the account back to your phone.

Yes, I don't think he was entering his password or username correct.

If you start fresh and enter your new username and password correctly, it should work.
