Best airfare tracking site/software?

Anyone have some tips as to the best site and/or software to track different trips prices? Ideally, I'd like to be able to see if a flight to certain cities, for a certain time period ever got cheaper than xxx for a x night stay. So if I want to go to Paris, Rome, or Madrid this spring if the flights ever get below $700 round trip (just an example ) is there somewhere that I can put that in and it would send me an email when/if fares got there?

You can probably use "FareCompare.com" At this site, you can set up alerts to let you know when airfares drop.

I have tried FareCast (now part of Bing Travel) for prediction and found it somewhat useful. I have tried a few other Alert services but wasn't that useful to me.

Use of History

When bing travel uses history to show you where the pricing has been the graph shows a short period of time . It does not show last years "ups and downs" of pricing.
Is the graph shown the only time period used for their calculation?

Interesting that Kayak has a buy and Bing has a wait for my dates of choice.

You can try QuadLabs.com XChange ERP to fetch cheapest or lowest fares for airlines, hotels, cars, packages and more.
