Cell phone interference with in-flight avionics.
 
Interesting report on an actual case.

For those not familiar with the NASA Reporting system, it allows reporting of hazardous situations without retribution.

The AOPA Foundation is a General Aviation group aimed at flight safety. It's a well respected group in Aviation.

There is already a thread on this:

And an ASRS report does not substantiate anything with regard to actual documented interference. You can submit anything you want on an ASRS form, with speculation without documentation perfectly acceptable to submit.

I would suggest closing this thread and following the issue on the thread I provided above.
