best earpiece for iphone 3GS/4

I'm looking for the best headset to be used with my iphone to be used for conference calls and meetings while traveling. I've been looking at the BlueParrot however according to reviews, the bluetooth does not pair well with it. I am ok with a wired solution as well. I have considered the bose but have heard their mic's arent as good as the plantronics or the BlueParrot. Any other suggestions on specific models?
