No idea.

I can understand a Samsung or the Asus Transformer but the Xoom? That flopped so badly.

There may be enough Android tablet apps. for what you initially defined, but there isn't the same choices so you don't have the chance to discover categories of apps. that you might not have considered.

Anyways, the comment about iTunes suggests that my diagnosis was correct, that it's more about resisting Apple than some intrinsic merit in the Android tablets.

My MP3 collection is well-organized across my phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, and networked media players. For what it can do, it's a very simple setup.

I don't need iTunes just like I don't need a number of 3rd party media managers, Apple's or others, that simply add overhead.
