Panasonic business IP phone
Its a long shot but does anyone happen to have a Panasonic SIP phone (mine is model KX-UT123) I am trying to connect it to my callcentric account.
So far callcentric has viewed all the configurations and says it is correct, although this is not a supported device. I put a support ticket into Telephony Depot where I bought it and they haven't got back to me yet. On the phone now to Panasonic tech support that is completely useless.
Does anyone happen to have a Panasonic phone and knows of some or other configuration that I have missed to make it work with a regular BYO SIP service?

Amazing! 35 minutes on the phone to Panasonic support and they refuse to believe it is one of their phones despite it being here on their website

And when you say "does not work", well, that could describe my cousin Herbie. But more detail is needed.
Did you enter your SIP URI correctly? [email protected]
Does the phone register?
Does it have a status light, if show, what is happening?
What does the phone's Line Status screen say?
Does the CallCentric website (dashboard) show it as registered?
IF it is registered, what happens when you try to make or receive calls?
