Help with settings on the Samsung Galaxy S II
 

I've looked through the settings and can't seem to find anything that will prevent something from being selected with one tap. I would like to set it such that things open if I double click on a link. When I am moving a webpage around manually, some of the links open up just with a small touch. Anyone know if this is possible with any smartphone?

None of the browsers on Android offer this - and I don't think you'll find it on any other phone. Sadly I suspect you'll need to practice your scrolling as I don't think I've ever experienced links opening when you scroll around.
