iTunes 10.5 - Changes to agreement

Why do you have to log in again and accept new contracts in order to use the new version of iTunes? Can't recall that happening for any previous versions for a long time especially as there doesn't - as usual - appear to be any major changes.

Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_5 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8L1 Safari/6533.18.5)

Probably relates to consent for iCloud.

And Steve Jobs probably has rights to eat your brains should he come back as a zombie...

Usually the front page documents the changes in brief. It definitely does on iTunes on a PC or Mac.

In any case, the changes relate to iCloud which is launching today, as you're now able to redownload any purchased music, movies and TV shows even after you've deleted them (just like you can do now with apps)
I think there was a second point too but I forget what it was.
Nothing to be worried about, carry on :)

this has happened several times before, it isn't new in this case.

I agree. In fact I can't think of a time when iTunes was upgraded that it didn't require agreeing to the updated TOS.

I was more worried about Apple taking my body to resurrect Steve Jobs :(
