FeedReader- Great Google Reader app
Amazon Kindle
The new Flickr app is pretty cool
Magic Work Cycle- Good app that I use from time to time to help me focus
My Trips- TripIt app
Packing List- pretty self explanatory
Pageonce- Financial tracking
Pro Sports Scores- Again, pretty self explanatory
Smart Shopping- Really cool shopping list app. Allows you to create a master list and then add items to lists that you've created for individual stores. Pretty handy.
Torrent Buddy- Remotely control uTorrent on my Media Center PC
Weather Bug- Self explanatory

Tend to use custom ROMs with pretty much everything I need built in. Head over to www.xda-developers.com and take a look. They cater for both sides of the camp.

-Little Big Planet 2 Tactics
-Dragon Age 2 Tactics
-Portal 2 Tactics
These are GREAT guides for the games and they are all FREE!!
If you are a gamer, you should definitely check them out! it doesn't cost you anything!
