Connecting a Wifi Enabled Laptop to a non Wifi Laptop for Internet

Scenario: Im trying to get internet on a laptop that does NOT have a wifi card in it, but has an ethernet port. I was told theres a way in Windows 7 to connect two laptops via ethernet and the non-wifi laptop can get internet connectivity.

The way I connect to the internet is thru my phone acting as a wife router. My wifi enabled laptop connects ad-hoc and I enter a password and voila, I got internet. But how do I connect the other laptop to my wifi enabled laptop so I can share the connection?

UPDATE: figured it out.....
