Kenya - prepaid data SIM
 
Hi

I'm off to Kenya shortly.

Am wondering, are there any prepaid data SIM offerings there?

I've had a look at Airtel (Zain) and it seems to suggest they offer prepaid "mobile broadband" but you need to purchase a USB modem from them.

Assuming Kenya is like Nigeria, all prepaid sims come already with data activated. The rates are quite reasonable, and you can also siGN up for very cheap data packages. Zain is in Nageria as well.
