Where do you get your tech gadget news?
 

Just curious where people keep up on the latest news on gadgets. I tend to watch engadget & gizmodo, but there's a lot of duplicate content across the two.

I'm looking to expand my tech horizons a little :) and would love some suggestions.

Gizmodo seems to have gone down hill since they released the info on the iPhone 4. Toms hardware is enjoyable and great if you are looking to build a computer.

www.anandtech.com is pretty good as well

I get most of the tech news from CNET

A mix of Podcasts while commuting to work and checking the website when time permits.

I check Engadget most frequently. I find they have the best mix of timely stories and good writing (the other side of that is Gizmodo which I check though not as often. I find it to be timely though the writing is more casual and less professional [aka not newspaper quality]). I like MacRumors as it is also very professionally done though obviously with a narrow focus. They don't make quips about the quality of products or pop culture like the other previous two sites frequently do.

BGR use to, I think, be more interesting when it primarily focused on phones, now I don't quite know what is going on over there. Sometimes they get great scoops on cellular service changes or phones release time lines other days they are a day late with a story on a new app.

Finally, I usually read the David Pouge (NYT) and Walt Mossberg (WSJ) articles each week as well as other tech coverage from the papers. They are a little more friendly for the masses to read compared to some of the more technical sites though they are still nice as they cover a product I might be interested in that I may have glossed over when it was first announced on a blog months ago and is now available to the public.

I was familliar with some of these already (and had even given up on a few due to the quality of their reviews :p), but there were a few new ones in the list.

AppleInsider is a good read

mostly droid-life.com these days.

General tech stuff I google when I have the need. With my droid, i follow it nonstop.

I follow many tech companies and individuals on twitter. Also listen to tech podcasts.

One more vote for engadget (although google news filtered on Sci/Tech sometimes)
