Can I trust the CheckMyTrip app? [Android]
 

Hi,

I've started using this app and have found it an easy way to check the status of my flight.

Before I make it my only source of information on my upcoming trips, I wanted to check - is it (and probably the CheckMyTrip website itself) as reliable as the airline's site? I'd hate to go to a wrong gate and miss a flight because the app had not updated itself on time. It would also be difficult to blame the airline in such an event.

I don't even trust the information on the airline web sites, I always check the monitors at the airport once I arrive.
