Beware the AVG Update

I installed the latest program update for AVG and it really messed up my laptop and my netbook browsing. Some sites would not load completely, others not at all. No problem with email, just browsing, both FireFox and IE. So I uninstalled AVG, installed Avast, and everything is now OK.

Microsoft Security Essentials. I uninstalled everything else and it has worked extremely well.
