The "pure" Google experience does allow no wallpaper. Try a Nexus device.

How strange. I've been running AOSP and AOKP ROMs, and none of them let me.

I have a CM10-based ROM on my Inspire, and it's got the option. My Nexus 7 running stock rooted JellyBean also has it.

Same here CM9 on my Epic, the very first option in wallpapers is 'no wallpaper'.

MyPhoneExplorer - free app for syncing with Outlook. I use it to sync tasks and notes only, since Google Calendar Sync already syncs with Outlook calendar

I use this too! Does pretty much the same thing as products that cost $60.

similar in purpose in order to MyTracks is actually Breadcrumbz - image based routing and a visible method of marking your own trail

ChompSMS is definitely an application to make your SMS look like that around the apple iphone, in the event you such as the way messages tend to be displayed within conversations

Layar is an 'augmented reality' application - real time info about your location utilizing Gps navigation, compass and digital camera so attractions, points of interest and so on

I've really been loving the AOKP jelly bean milestone of Android 4.1.2 on both my Galaxy S3 and my Nexus 7.

Something makes me think this (redacted) link has nothing to with Android apps. ;)

This is how my phone looks like

http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8342/8...7032dd3e_z.jpg

I use Nova Launcher Prime

First screen

For replacing the icon on the dock bar I use the minimalistic text theme
The live wallpaper part of the doubleTwist Alarm clock app
The date on top of the clock, and the next event, weather and battery are part of the Minimalistic Text widgets

Second screen

Astrid with Power Pack using the scrollabel widget and a transparent background (the gray area I didn't want to share :p )

Third screen

News and Weather widget
Engadget Widget
IP Cam Viewer Pro widget (that's my son's crib)
The button that says Day is my Smart Voulme Control+ widget (it allows me to set volume levels, based on times/days and although I don't use it, GPS locations)
The last one is the What's this Song widget that comes with Jelly Bean

Fourth Screen

Just resized the calendar widget to use the whole screen, and different colors for all the calendars that I use

Fifth Screen

FlightTrack Pro
Trip it widget
(dates have been removed ;) )

And the last screen is the notifications, on top I have the ability to turn wifi, bluetooth, gps, bightness, rotation, flashlight, battery percentage, sounds, and open the sound app

Multi Screen on my G Note II, not really an app but kinda. Combine with s pen, and speaker phone, very functional for business. Took a while for ATT to roll it out, apparently standard for Verizon and the international version.

You beat me to it

It's a nice app, I did spend the cash for it on the Play Store, should have waited :o

Flight Track has been letting me down lately. I wish Flight Aware had a widget.

I just discovered 2 awesome APPs that give you offline access to maps, which is perfect for when you travel. OruxMaps & MapsWithMe

I used MapsWithMe in both Madrid and Rome recently. Both cities don't allow google maps to download for offline use. MWM was actually better, because you get the whole country in high detail, not just your selected area. Download times are long. GPS compatibility comes with the pay version, but doesn't affect me since I can't ever seem to get GPS to work outside of the US or CA.

Also, it's a space hog. I uninstalled it and will only reinstall when needed.
