iPOd Classic and Daylight Saving Time

Would anyone happen to know how to change an iPod classic from DST to non-DST (specifically from BST to GMT) without simply resetting the clock, which will place all the other clocks out of alignment? According to the manual setting - data and time is supposed to produce a DST menu option but it isn't on mine (I've tried resetting the menu). Am I missing something mega-obvious? Thanks in advance for any help.

On my iPod super classic (3g - not iPhone 3g, but the iPod 3g - remember those?) it is under settings --> date and time --> set time zone

Mine has an obvious setting under the date and time.

Thanks. Mine doesn't, although the manual says it should....
