Luggage carts?
One of the wheels on my suitcase broke off while I was wheeling it through the streets. Have it fixed but am thinking of getting one of those foldable luggage carts.
Anyone use them? They have wheels which are bigger than wheels on most suitcases. Would you check them in and would they hold up through baggage handlers tossing them around and throwing them on conveyor belts and so forth? Or would you try to stick them inside suitcases and check in the suitcases? Or would it be possible to carry it on (along with your regular carry on)? They might be too long even folded up to fit inside overhead bins though. |
I have one and occasionally use it. Get the best one you can afford as the cheap ones often will break and then you got big problems. I find it is best to carry them on the plane and place them on the floor it front of you. Many FA will (justifiably) not permit them in the overhead bins.
