Are all keys for TSA007 locks the same?

My very cute (and mischievous) 5-year old niece decided to play with the keys in my key cup... sticking a different key into little TSA Masterlock

https://www.masterlock.com/products/product/4683Q

I, of course, locked it and when I went to open it, couldn't. And I'm on the other side of the ocean now.

Does any TSA007 key work to open this? I found this on Amazon

Or would I have to buy a new set of the same lock?

THANKS!

Thanks so much- excellent info!
Well, when I get back to Europe I guess they'll all be going into the trash then, after I remove the dead lock from my bag :-)
As for using them entering the US I learned the hard way a few years ago... twice.
US customs will cut your baggage pulls... and they say "we don't have access to TSA keys" (uh, ok.. I can buy them on Amazon and TSA is upstairs..)
Both times they destroyed my suitcases.
Anyway thanks. Much appreciated.

I never use TSA locks as they are partially useless. At best they will make a quick grab less likely by a fellow passenger. Instead I use neon zip ties. These provide me two benefits:
  • They make my bag tamper-evident. I can immediately see if someone has been in my bag if the tie is cut.
  • They provide the same protection against a casual quick-grab thief as the TSA lock. But are equally easy to just cut off.
  • I carry a set of nail clippers in my carry on that I can use to remove them at my destination.
