Sneakers like the ones from Adidas Ultraboost or Nike React as they are light and very comfy.
I prefer Nike React as the old Ultraboost makes my feet hurt after many hours walking(>5hrs)
Havent tried the new Ultraboost.

Ultraboost also has anti slip bottoms i think.

I bought some "breathable" loafers/ slip ons online. It'd be interesting to see peoples reviews on ones with good traction & breath-ability (with socks).

Check out Cole Haan's ZeroGrand Wingtip Oxfords.
They look like normal enough leather dress shoes but have holes for breathability and very lightweight/sporty.
I have 2 pairs in black-black and tan-java depending on whether my belt is black or brown. My go-to for travel.

Ecco make the most comfortable shoes and sandals. For walking, Ecco Track 2 or Track 25. Come in Black or Brown. A bit expensive, but not "common" like so many others...........
For samdals, Try their Yucatan model.

As I've retired, I do like touring, and comfortable shoes are desperately important when hiking around ancient ruins in Europe and etc.

Ecco have been brilliant..

I'd 2nd the Cole Haan, but I prefer the loafer, so I can easily slip off my shoes when needed. I also regularly use compression socks with a liner sock underneath for all my long hauls

Ecco come in larger sizes, many others don't (including Cole Haan)

Iím also a huge fan of the Ecco family of products. I can wear their loafers all day for travel and work. I have size 15US and many brands stop at 13.

oh, and please keep your shoes on!
