Warranty on older TravelPro bag?

I have a TravelPro Platinum 4SE rollaboard which has developed a tear along a seam. Wanted to get it repaired, as my recollection is that it has a lifetime warranty, but can't find any paperwork on that, nor can I find anything online. Anybody happen to know what warranty that bag has, or anyplace with documentation?

So, according to their website:

PLATINUM® 5, 6, 7, MAGNA™ & MAGNA™ 2 LUGGAGE COLLECTIONS

The “Worry Free Warranty” is currently available only on specific Platinum® product ranges. There is no additional charge, nor are there any additional actions required to register for the Worry Free Warranty.

The Worry Free Warranty adds the following language to the standard warranty: As the inventor of The Original Rollaboard,® Travelpro is committed to delivering value to our customers with the highest quality products that will enhance your travel experience. Whether traveling by air, sea, road or rail, the Travelpro® Platinum Magna 2 Collection gives you total confidence and is supported by a comprehensive warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the bag. You can trust that Platinum Magna 2 will hold up to the rigors of frequent travel, but occasionally common carriers mishandle your bag and damage occurs.

Travelpro retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (at the manufacturer’s discretion) the product with a comparable model. If airline handling damages your bag or its contents and you choose to hold them responsible, we recommend that you file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport. This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, lost or stolen bags, or damage to personal property or contents. Our associates in Customer Service can answer any questions you may have concerning the repair or refurbishing of your Platinum Magna 2 product.
You should probably contact Travelpro to determine what, if any, warranty coverage the Platinum 4 line has, but given what I read after a very quick google for "Travelpro Warranty", there may not be any for yours :/

Also from that page:
Other current collection Warranty periods:

Crew™ 11 (Purchased prior to 07/01/2018) Limited Lifetime Warranty
Crew™ 11 (Purchased on or after 07/01/2018) Built For A Limited Lifetime Warranty
Crew™ExecutiveChoice™2 (Purchased prior to 07/01/2018) Limited Lifetime Warranty
TPro® Bold™ 2 Limited Lifetime Warranty
WalkAbout® Spinners 4 Limited Lifetime Warranty
Pathways™ Limited Lifetime Warranty
AutoPilot™ Elite Limited Lifetime Warranty
FlightPath™ Limited Lifetime Warranty
SkyMax™ Limited Lifetime Warranty
Aerowind™ Limited Lifetime Warranty
AirPro® Lite 10 Year Limited Warranty
Toplite™ Elite 10 Year Limited Warranty
Anthem® Select 10 Year Limited Warranty
Sapphire® Elite 10 Year Limited Warranty
But most of their warranties for the various product lines seem limited to: Wheels, Zippers, Extension handles, and Carrying handles

Good luck...

Note, FWIW, they don't list the warranty info for my older Maxlite 2 bags either, but I imagine they have the same limited lifetime warranty as the rest, you really just need to call them up.

Thanks Dread Pirate Jeff , appreciate it! For what it's worth, I just brought the bag into their local repair center (Modern Leather in NYC, http://www.modernleathergoods.com/), the guy said something to the effect of "wow, haven't seen a 4SE in a while," pulled out a xeroxed packet that looked like a list of models, flipped through it, said, "yeah, no problem, it's under warranty, we can stitch it now," and I left 15 minutes later with a repaired bag at no charge. He had me sign a form stating that I had requested the repair, so they could get paid. Looks like TravelPro would reimburse them $12 for repairing a tear.
