Do your ears get cold when you sleep? Would a thick headband or knit hat work? They would probably be more comfortable than earmuffs.

I am a little confused by part of the question. Is this for accommodations near the airport, or do you have a residence near the airport? If it is residence, would it possibly be more comfortable to have white noise? Perhaps a loud fan or something.
