Warranty bag type switch, victorinox
I sent my WT wheeled duffle in for repair to Victorinox. After hearing nothing for a few weeks afterafter they recieved it I called them. They said my bag couldn't be repaired and were sending a new one. I got the shipping invoice today and it looks like I am getting a traditional upright roller. I prefer the duffle but it appears they no longer make a comparable duffle in the WT line. Is there anything I could do?
