j-hook attachment/bag modification

Currently I use a strongbag 22" Vortex with a nice J-hook. I usually hang my second bag (a large briefcase) by the handles of the briefcase, but because this requires both briefcase handles to be velcroed together, I have to unhook and un-velcro in order to get anything out of the briefcase.

It would be better if I could hook my briefcase to the j-hook without having to hang it by the handles. I'd like to modify my briefcase to add a j-hook bar, much like you see in the LW Stealth series, e.g. http://www.luggageworks.com/catalog/.../89/image/204/

Any ideas on where you can buy that part or something similar?

Thanks for your interest! As you can imagine, my travel was significantly reduced due to COVID-19, and sadly, the bag in question was stolen. I was, though, able to make a small modification to that bag that essentially riveted an extra nylon strap to the back of a bag, and did use it successfully as I had intended for a while.

I am coincidentally on a business trip as I write, and will likely give this more thought soon. I'll post if I have anything valuable to share.

Thanks for sharing. Do share a pic or two when convenient. Be nice to see how it played out.
