2 Wheeled Tote with Removable Shoulder Strap?

2 Wheeled Tote with Removable Shoulder Strap?
I am looking for a 2 wheel tote with a removable shoulder strap as a must have feature.
So far have only found :
Delsey Hyperlite 2.0 14" Trolley at 17"x13.75"x6.75"
Delsey Chatillon Trolley at 17"x14"x6.75"
If anyone has either would like to know the actual measured size including wheels and handles.
Other suggestions welcome but must have removable strap , 2 wheels , extension handle and not hard shell.
