I looked on the retail tag that I snipped off the bag. There's no contact info on it except for a PO Box for Costco. You're probably best off calling Costco.

I tested out the 4 wheel spinner during a Costco visit...very smooth, but the wheels take up so much potential space! Ended up going with the Travelpro Aerowind that Costco offers. I may have to buy the Kirkland 22" for comparison.

My local Costco had Travelpro for $99.99 in about the same size as the Kirkland 22.

It's been a few years now, but I managed to get a free replacement strap from Ricardo Beverly Hills by emailing them at [email protected].

It took them over a week to get back to me, but they sent me the strap for free. The signature of the person I exchanged emails with also contained the following info:

I bought my 2-wheel 22" Kirkland carry-on in late 2008 or early 2009. I'm on the road every week of the year and my bag's been by my side all the way. It's still in great shape, but I need to make sure I have options in mind in case something happens.
I have your same generation which I think was G2. I thought there was another version between ours and the new one but Im really not sure and may be confusing it with the spinner version. Count me in the group of the old bad being great but not liking the new version. I never ran into a size issue like some complained but I think it was technically too large for at least some carryon rules. The new generation is probably .5 smaller on all sides. I dont think its as well built as the old one but I didnt keep it. My 2009 bag has taken a real beating but ill do whatever I can to keep it going. Will buy the Tumi before I use the new Kirkland bag.

The 2 wheel and spinner versions are sold out online. Are the still available in store?

FWIW, the 22" Softside 2-wheel worked well on a combination of United, LH flights throughout Europe as my only carry-on for a couple of week long trips. No concerns.

2 wheel is back online. Looks to be the same. Wonder if it's a new model?

I'm wondering the same thing. I was days away from buying it online when it disappeared. In fact, Costco doesn't sell any Kirkland Signature luggage anymore. Are tariffs to blame?

It's been quite a while since Costco has had Kirkland luggage of any kind -- anyone heard anything?
