Not one of your listed spots, but it's available in Malta if you happen to end up there.

Does anyone here know where else do they sell this outside of UK?
Night nurse is a cocktail of over the counter medicines akin to our Nyquil. However, the bit that makes you sleepy is the antihistamine Promethazine. Since I don't want all of the other stuff in these cocktails, I generally just buy knockoff benadryl (Diphenhydramine HCL) which has the same drowsy side effect and is often the main ingredient in over the counter sleep-aids or "night time" medications.

One of these badboys:
Amazon Amazon
and I'm out like a light on flights. Also works great to help get over jetlag.

Thanks!

Got this in one of Rio's pharmacy yesterday. Only problem was the pharmacist, who was asking so many questions I thought I was breaking the law...

Yet to try but plan to on the next flight coming up in a few weeks.

Cheers

Clearly since Brexit, the UK has been drowning in EU rules. We all appreciate this update that you waited 8 years to make.

Try nearby hospital or clinic, try and asses the local cost and then decide what suits you the best.

I keep thinking of the old Benny Hill skit … “I don’t want bloody Night Nurse!”
