Tumi Tegra-Lite Handle Issues
 

Has anyone else had issues with the Tumi Tegra Lite handles getting stuck half way and not retracting anymore? I have a Tegra Lite continental carry on and this has happened to 2 different bags now.

I travel every week so the bag does get a bit of use but I would think it would be durable enough to handle it. Each time it's failed, there's no indication of sticking beforehand and basically it just stops retracting.

There's a little button inside the bag on the handle frame that I need to pop in so that it slides in again. Before I figured this out, I had to store my carry on sideways in the overhead bin with the handle sticking out and you can imagine what confusion that caused.
