Roll Aboard vs. Roller Board

This type of luggage is something that you roll aboard the aircraft, and is called Roll Aboard luggage:

This is a board with rollers, and is called a Roller Board:

Thanks for your time. Carry on.

That is a pet-peeve of mine as well. Another one is the Italian coffee drink... espresso is correct, eXpresso is not. (Though I have heard that expresso is correct when you are describing the Spanish variant of the same.)

IRROPS makes sense though. Irregular Operations. Irregular has two R's in it. And since they use 3 of the letters from Operations, then someone could easily assume they use 3 letters from Irregular. Roller Board and Roll Aboard are completely different.

Nuclear describes a reaction releasing great amounts of energy.
Nukular just makes you sound bad.

Jewelry is something you might buy for your sweetie
Jewlery sounds like, well, something else.

The incorrect use of:

"your" and "you're"
"there" and "they're" and "their"

drives me crazy.

Don't forget "then" and "than".

Who gets that mixed up? I'm surprised they can even switch a computer on, let alone manage to face the right direction.

Roll Aboard vs. Roller Board

Oh... And it's should have. Not should of. As in, I should have had a v8. Should've is also acceptable.

I love how the op ended his post roll aboard luggage with "carry on".

"Alot" instead of "a lot" always gets to me.

Someone should make it into a sign and stick it to the door at every gate with a little duck tape.

;)

My pet peeve is newbies who can't stick to Delta/SkyMiles-specific topics in this forum.
