I was surprised to see it there -- I thought BA was flying a 788/789 but just did a quick Google search and found an OMAAT article saying they were upgauging to the 744 from April 2018 so I guess the route has been a success.
First time I've been at AUS in 2019 and was cool to see both the LH and BA flights right up close and personal at the end of the terminal by the DL SkyClub (the LH had already pushed when I got down there so didn't get a good picture of it but first time I'd seen the new LH livery in person)
