Known:
- Photo take July 3, 2019 at LAX
- taken with cell phone, tried to increase quality
- plane was sitting at Atlantic Aviation
- Called Atlantic Aviation...only information that could/would be given is that: yes, it was parked there, and it belonged to a private individual...no other information could be given.

One of the treats about going to GSO is seeing the DC-8 based there:

It's based there. Not sure why it came to be GSO where they store it but that's where it's kept:

I'd drive up from Charlotte to take a picture of that gem landing! I wish it flew more regularly

Not an interesting plane, just an AA 737 but the fun part is... I was on it. My bf was sitting out on the porch and I happened to be flying in. He looked at Flight Aware out of curiosity and it was my plane. Didn't have the big zoom out and though we are in the flight path, we are a bit away from the airport. If you fly into CLT, go south and turn north, we likely see you.

You may have been on the plane but I'm afraid that's not a 737. That is an A-321.

Last year I shot this Russian An-225 at HNL. Note the size of the thing compared to the normal airliners next to it! And of course it has six engines. There is only one of these, I actually got to go on board it when it visited an air show in Oklahoma in the early 90s.

Saw it in Perth last month.
Previous sighting was in Memphis about 10 years ago....night time landing, our rental property was on the landing path. Heard this really loud, really long approach....AN-225. Then saw it take off the next morning.
