I was unprepared for how spectacular Croatia was. Views, people, food - all of it. Adriana Hvar and Dubrovnik Palace were two of the better views.
The views in Hvar are insane. Our patio opened to an area with some furniture. Just wow.

Hilton Garden Inn Venice Mestre Dec 2022

Hilton Molino Stucky Venice Dec 5th 2022

Almost considered this a candidate for the crappy view from the hotel room thread.
Some room renovations going on at the hotel. You could hear some noise starting at 730am ( workers getting ready to start work) but did not bother me as I was getting up at that time anyway then spending the full day in venice and back at dusk ( work had stopped then) so the lack of view did not bother me
Whilst the view was not as good as my Aug 2020 visit ( had a canal view room), this time was an upgrade to a Molino suite ( 1 bed room suite) and a 750ml bottle of prosecco as a welcome gift so it was a very good stay

The large, brightly-lit boat had a very-loudly-amplified woman singing, "Hallelujah!!" The entourage of boats following it can also be seen--this was two nights before Christmas,
