Some Canadian goats have two heads, others have two bodies and just one head. It all balances out.

Someone else can post how to do it on a mac. I don't think the (c) on your pix counts for much. |
While comprising only 0.03% of the Earth's surface, Costa Rica's geographic position, two coasts and mountainous system, providing numerous and varied micro-climates, contain nearly 4% of the total plant and animal species worldwide. Costa Rica was once 99 percent forested, but forest cover has steadily diminished from 85 percent in 1940 to around 35 percent today.

Evil Kitten
http://farm1.static.flickr.com/12/69...97272556_d.jpg
This kitten was an evil genius. It found us at the summit of Mt Taal in the Philippines, and wove between out feet as we clambered round the edge of the caldera. Presumably to trip us, make us fall, and feast on us come nightfall... http://farm1.static.flickr.com/132/3...eacb76d5_d.jpg This gull impressed me. Mostly by how clean it is. You can tell it's Californian. |
Monkey Business!
In spite of the slightly blown highlights (and they were unavoidable to get the shot), this picture of mother and children is one of my better wildlife photos:
http://farm1.static.flickr.com/142/3...919b678455.jpg It was taken at Lamel Lodge, Serekunda, The Gambia, pictured below: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/157/3...b72a56afe6.jpg Edited to add: Taken with my old Canon Digital Ixus 440 (sadly dropped in an incident involving an ant in Sydney :(). Crab
Taken at St. Barts. Just about the time I tried to get a second shot, a wavelet came and washed it away. It was about the size of my palm.

My first clue that this was a tough monkey could have been that he had lost an eye. Instead I waited for him to attack me to clue in. Beast. He looked much happier after he had scored a banana off someone else.

Prey
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t..._2061/prey.jpg and the Preditor http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t...1/predator.jpg This guy had just finished dragging his kill up into the tree and was taking a break. I was about 10-15 feet away from him in the Land Rover. |
