Chengdu - chicken feet & duck feet & something else!

I didn't try, so not sure if they are impressive street foods or not.

Mmmmm....

Next to Beef Noodles and dumplings, this peanut ice cream thing has to be my absolute favorite street food in Taiwan...

I don't recall seeing this on previous trips to Taipei, but this last time every night market I went to had at least a couple carts that cooked meat with flame throwers...

Deep fried cheese balls... these were delicious.

Calamari, basically... made a good snack.

over 100 carts in the night market along the three blocks or so it runs, with a riot of food smells and you can smell the stinky tofu cart from a block away, over top all the other smells of the night market vendors.
