Canon sensor cleaning in Upstate NY?

Does anyone know a good place that I can take my 6D to and have the sensor cleaned ? I really don't want to send it to Canon in Jersey , that will cost me $200 + .

You could just do it yourself. It really isn't that complicated.

I understand.

The first thing you can do, that isn't at all scary, is try a blower. Just an inexpensive photo-quality bulb blower, like a Rocker Blower. Use the "Mirror Lock-Up" command to raise the mirror and give the interior a good blow-out - without actually letting the tip of the blower enter the body cavity. That will solve the majority of dust problems. Use the dust identification function of the camera before and after to see if that does the trick. You may not need to spend the money for a wet cleaning.

Don't try to use canned air or other, non-photo blowers, as they can sometimes blow moisture into the camera.

If you have tried the touchless cleaning method and still need more cleaning, you might try the yellow pages or Google "camera cleaning near XXX," where XXX is your town.

Eventually, if you continue using a FF DSLR, you will want to learn to clean it yourself as it can cost a fair amount to pay for it each time. Most professionals clean their cameras at least monthly although that is excessive for the average user.

In case you haven't seen the process, there are several Youtube videos that are pretty good. Here is one:
