Un-named on Google Maps (probably you've checked already!), but there's a a trailhead to the south marked 'Fortification Hill' - so there's my guess

It is indeed... Of course, Fortification Hill is not really a hill - it's a flat-topped plateau formed by volcanism with the caprock a thick layer of basalt surrounded by cliffs
