I think all you need to do is "LIKE IT" on facebook to enter. Once entered it will give you a link to tweet or share and for each friend or contact that uses your link, you get an additional entry.

or just go to facebook and type in borrowlenses and go to their facebook page. the promo still shows. Maybe the link went bad. sorry.
