Interesting term. Photographers I know would call this the tail end of the 'Magic Moment'. Magic Moment is the time when the sun is just below the horizon and the sky is the same brightness as the everything else in the foreground. You see it a lot in architectural photos where the building is lit up and the sky is a medium/dark blue.
