Sorry, but when the brochure and e-mails I get from these people are continually talking up how great it is to mix government and religion, take away personal liberties, keep special rights for heterosexuals, hinder free markets and violate the UN Charter, I tend to think that their ideas are un-American.

I believe in the principles of freedom, free markets and equal individual rights as being cornerstones of "American" ideology. I get e-mails every couple days from Jack Oliver, chairman of the RNC, explaining how Bush's new idea to violate one of those principles is great.

You don't have to agree with my conception of what American ideology/philosophy is.
