Part of the discussion implies that pax in business or first can access lounges based on travel class. For domestic/Canadian travel, I think this may be true for Alaska and AC, but AFAIK, generally not for any other major US/CA airlines with lounges (UA, AA, or DL). Some access may be permitted on premium transcons. Am I missing something here?
