New A330 based Beluga's come off production line

The smiling giant: Airbus' Beluga aircraft rolls off the production line

Current Beluga fleet are based on the A300, the new A330 based ones are bigger and thus designated the BelugaXL, along other design features it has a lowered cockpit and is due in service mid 2019. These will be used to transport Wing and other large components, for Airbus (Wings are made in Broughton in North Wales and flown to final assembly sites in France and Germany).
