Pilot, homeowner survive crash that destroys house (awesome pic)

Not a terribly remarkable aviation incident, but the photo is pretty cool. (Be sure to click on the full size view)

AURORA – The pilot of a small plane that crashed into a home near the Aurora Airport today was able to climb off the roof and walk away.

pretty wild photo and i'm not sure if i should say that you never know what architects will come up with in chimney designs these days or any landing you can walk away from is a good one .....

but seriously, it's a miracle, and very glad, that no one was hurt.

actually the resale value could go up....it could be known as the house strong enough to survive a plane crash....
