I'm sure they'll throw miles, a voucher your way as they work their way through thousands of complaints that they receive. Some valid, some not. It takes TIME to figure those out. GOT TIME?

But, I do find it ironic that you are quick to LABEL. Just like someone who says, they're old, they're fat, they're lazy, they're ugly, they're waitresses, they're uneducated...blah, blah, blah......they're angry.

so far, 7 of 10 airlines are rated. UA, WN, and CO yet to be released.
Pretty clear, at this point, that there are 3 clear groupings:
Legacy (3.8-4.0)
No-frills LCC (3.4-3.6)
Service-oriented LCCs (4.6+) (yeah, didn't know what to call these guys)
So far, it seems that the legacies are most lacking in GA (departing) service. No-frills carriers do the worst with airport/in-flight service. If there is anywhere you can criticize the service LCC's, it's operators. Even that's a stretch, though. Very low sample sizes, so take it with a grain of salt.
