Made unplanned fuel stop (weather, weight) on way East in 2000 in middle of night. They came in to the secure area (so we didn't have to deal with customs) and opened the snack bar and duty-free shops. Super nice people. They have their own time zone that is a half-hour off anywhere else, as I recall. Stopped on way back, too, but that was planned.

Thanks very much. ^ My father was stationed there c.1959 as an ATC trainee with the USAF. He loved the people and country so much that he wished he could stay on permanently.
